Topic Titles Empty Topic Titles

There seems to be a limit on how short titles for topics can be, MUST BE FIXED PLZZ!
if a topic is posted with the title less than 10 characters short, it wont allow it to be posted
(sometimes topics just need to be less than 10 characters long)

PS: Jay apparently it's still an issue (Jose had the same problem when posting in the welcome section)
not the biggest issue, but can be annoying

10 letters is small, but i do agree, about 5 should be good enough
