Another instaltio in progress

Ok when i try to install something that runs off windows installer such as netframework and silverlight

it keeps coming up with another process is installting please finsh that b4 you carry on but theres no instaltion

take it an put it in the shop!! lol if you have the money for it any ways

or your only other way system restore like i been saying just save it to a portable hard drive or flash drive an your good to go all u have to do is plug it in an return them
